The release of a brand new drink mix innovation required a robust campaign of numerous touchpoints and cohesive messaging to meet the strategic objective. Throughout B2B pre-sale materials, organic social assets, short and long-form video, paid campaign assets, conversion-driving print materials, influencer seeding and thorough digital consumer education comms, the thread of product positioning and credibility-driving inception was prevalent and effective. Direct to consumer sales were 200% above forecast after the first 30 days.

A new consumer-facing app was being launched and we needed to understand market demand, as well as promote adoption. I developed and executed a three phase strategy requiring minimal spend. We gained 1500 downloads in two weeks with less than $1K in budget. In addition, I developed channels for feedback that provided numerous opportunities for app improvement for phase 2. These improvements were implemented and user retention was as high as 60%.

A client in the charter school financing space needed to increase market share and lead generation for services offered. I managed the their rebranding effort and lead generation strategy, including website development, digital asset creation, webinar creation and distribution, collateral creation and marketing automation. We ensured credibility and authority with a 30% increase in leads to the sales team from the efforts.

A large automotive repair franchise needed a marketing plan. i coordinated with our media buyer and developed a year-long marketing plan complete with PR efforts, content calendar, media plan, and digital marketing efforts outlined and budgeted. The plan was approved and I led the execution of many of the tactics. In the first few months, we were already seeing sales growth of 5% - 10% year over year.
Search success for fortune 500
I led the team managing the paid and organic search for Olive Garden and Red Lobster. I oversaw the tactical executions including keyword selection, landing page development, ad copy, and website enhancements for improved organic rankings. The success of this management led to the Darden parent company adding four more brands to our team's roster and an additional $600K annually in fees.
